Ever since I was a kid, real estate has been a huge interest of mine. Of course I didn't know the ins-and-outs,
but being able to visit people's homes with my mom while she worked as an interior designer helped me realize
I wanted to do something involving the field. I took preliminary courses to study architecture and even law,
but it didn't feed my passion.
I did my Senior Project in high school about the steps one takes to obtain a real estate license in NC.
Working an admin position at the largest private real estate school in the state at the time helped a lot, and when
I sat for the licensing exam in 2012 and passed, I finally felt like I was on the right path.
I could speak for hours about the past decade and how it's shaped me, but don't worry, I won't. I'd rather show you
how passionate I am instead! Being a broker for an international franchise and local firms, including being part-owner
of another from 2019 to 2023, proved that no matter how many courses you sit for, how many properties you sell, or how
many people you're responsible for, you truly never stop learning. Nobody is perfect, and you should never stop
improving or striving to be better.
Taking the best practices of my past 10 years along with creating my own new tools ensures I can best serve the people
putting their trust in me. It's my honor to be considered to represent homebuyers and sellers and not something
I take lightly. My clients' experience is my livelihood.

I’m very proud to be an Agent with Homeward Carolinas in the capacity of REALTOR®/Associate Broker.
I continue to enjoy practicing real estate sales in both areas of the Coastal Plains Association and
Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS® markets.
My past employers include Glaxo Smith Kline (Burroughs Welcome), AT&T (Retired), XEROX and 501c3
Non-Profit organizations and Long and Foster (Property Manager). I am past certified as a Housing Counselor
in the areas of Reverse Mortgage (Home Equity Conversion Mortgage), 1st Time Home Buyers clients through
one-on-one counseling, education and workshops, Foreclosure prevention, Rentals and Debt Management.
After retirement, my choice was to pursue Real Estate Sales because it would provide longevity in the work force
and to be self-employed. In the end, my greatest passion is assisting clients transitioning into affordable
homeownership and as a seller’s representative. This also includes the handling of REO, BPOs and Housing and
Urban Development properties.
I am indeed customer focused and I’ve also held Real Estate licenses in the states of Maryland and Georgia. My
preferred practice is in my home state of North Carolina. By nature, I am a nurturer. I have a variety of hobbies and love family gatherings. My belief is that there are predetermined purposes for all positions in our lives. My purpose is to give “Hope in the pursuit of Homeownership” along with knowledge of wealth management.
